It does not properly dry the clothes. I can have two pieces of clothing
in the unit and I still have to run the dry cycle at 140 minutes
atleast 3 times. The service tech tell me it's fine because hot air
comes out. I think the air should be hotter. It worked fine when i
first got it. Not even Eurotech techs know what it could be.
I have the same problem. The washer portion works ok but the dryer takes forever.
Is it possible that for some reason the vapor isn't getting released from the dryer for whatever reason? I have no idea what mechanism there is to do this. I am an electrical engineer by trade so I feel like if there is a repair I can do it.I have the same problem. The washer portion works ok but the dryer takes forever.

Same problem here and mines brand new. Seems the dryer consists of only a heating element. There's no circulation of dry air. You may as well hang your clothes inside a steam room.

Hi there. In some cases if your dryer vent tube is bunched up behind the dryer and not extended properly or if vent tube is running up the wall to be vented to the outside it will cause water to build up in dryer vent tube. Make sure your flexible dryer tubing is not full of water or clogged with lint and make sure if you have an extended piece that goes to outside ventilation that that is not clogged with lint as well. Hope this helps you with your drying issues.

In order to dry cloths, you need two things, heat source and air flow. Sounds like you have heat but no air flow. If you can, pull unit out and check vent for washer. Look around unit and make sure there is nothing blocking any vents. If you don't see any thing, try drying with vent not installed. I run into a lot of homes with clogged vents inside walls. By drying with no vent installed, it might tell you if you have dryer problem or a home issue. Good Luck
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
I would suspect that the dryer's heater element is malfunctioning. This would require an engineer visit I fear ;-0(
Sorry,
Good luck, John C
You have an vent issue..If the clothes are hot but not drying your not getting proper air circulation, you need airflow thru the unit to help remove the moisture from the clothing other wise you end up with warm moist clothing... Start unit and go outside to where the dryer vent comes thru the wall and check the airflow with your hand ,you should feel a good flow of warm air. If not some where between the unit and the vent their is a restriction either in the flex duct or the duct work in the wall which will need cleaned out before the clothes will dry in a normal time frame..Plus it cost a lot to run the dryer 2 or 3 cycles to dry clothes Hope this helps Good Luck
I am having the same problem on a WD9900A. The wash cycle works great. Spins fast and clothes are completely rung out. Dryer cycle heats up well. Fluffs and heats cloths. At some point during dry cycle water is injected on clothes and they end up sopping wet; much wetter than after wash. Filter is clear. Outlet pipe clear and functions well. Possible problem with dryer timer? Or washer timing kicking back on?
I just contacted Samsung Tech Support for my wash/dryer combo WD-J1255C. The reply.."it is not a full dryer ...and it is not sold as a full drier.. and don't expect it to be completely dry". I queried why it is advertised as a dryer and got the same reply. Its a great washer but why did I pay extra for the dryer combo?
Have you tried lengthening the dryer cycle or running it at a higher temp? The usual culprit for wet clothes is not running a dryer long enough or hot enough. (I remember some stand-alone dryers (coin-operated with a fixed drying time per coin) that needed two cycles to dry stuff.

I have the same problem. I've had the unit for almost a year and this just started happening.
