Ncr Scanner 7875-2000 I bought this scanner used and it came with a USB cable,not an NCR cable, I tried to have it communicate with the pc but could not get it to read, i got calibrated and I know it works, I am using quickbooks pos software and when I try another scanner it works, I could not get an opos driver through NCR.com, anyone knows what to do in this case to get it to work, I appreciate any suggestions.

Hmmmm.... It sounds as though your scanner is not programmed correctly. Either RS232 or IBM... Either way it sounds as though it is not accepting your communication entry. Which could be your Eeprom chip, a digital board, maybe even the dual I/O board, in most cases.
