I can't locate a profile sign up form

You need to "sign up" again and create a new facebook account using different credentials.

Then on the left hand side is a list of help topics, one of which is "Get started on Facebook". Clicking on this will give you a range of options allowing you to learn about Facebook and the operation of an account without having to create another account first.

you must create a profile to facebook befor sign in.

1. create backup copy of the mail store( the .dbx files folder of current profile) before proceeding below steps
2. Create a new profile
3. Make the store ( your know the .dbx files folder of current profile) to be store of new profile

Most likely your profile is corrupt.
When you sign in, create a new profile and see if that works.
(Problems with that? Then log on in safe mode as administrator and create another profile.)
If it does, you can use that one and copy all your stuff over from the other.
