For that you need to go to your display property .
If you have windows then go to start menu->controlpanel->display->settings .
Then set screen resolution to 1440*900 .
Then apply and ok.
But make sure graphic driver installed and working fine if graphic driver is not installed then you can not set resolution for that you need to install graphic driver then you can adjust screen resolution in display property.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thanks for using Fixya.

OBDII Trouble Codes must be viewed as diagnostic clues, not a diagnosis in and of themselves.

Unless an owner has the required knowledge and expertise in the proper resolution of these issues, they are best handled by an actual expert.

There is also the possibility these are old codes that were never erased afted a repair was made at some point in the vehicle's life.

Hi raejeshq

CONNECTING LAPTOP TO INCOMPATIBLE PROJECTOR

You don't say which Operating System you use, so my answer will be presented in general, Windows terms. If yours is a non-Windows Operating System, consider applying the logic and principles involved here to your own Operating System and, if in doubt, please feel free to add a Comment or Clarification to this Question, including information about your Operating System.

The graphics chip in your laptop can operate within a defined range of resolutions and refresh rates. As long as the resolutions and refresh rates required by this projector lie within the range your graphics chip is capable of achieving, you should be able to adjust the settings so that this projector will function with your laptop.

With the cable connected to the notebook and the projector:

Right click on open space on your desktop > Properties (Personalize) > (Display) Settings > Advanced Settings > Monitor > untick "Hide Modes that Monitor cannot display" > select 50Hz > Apply > OK > right click on desktop > Properties (Personalize) > (Display) Settings > click and hold on the slide controller and test various resolutions until you find a satisfactory resolution for the projector > Apply > Yes > OK

I hope this helps.

Hello Dean,

It seems your windows resolution settings are set wrong, you simply need to adjust the resolution to match the monitor. To do this, open your start menu, select Control panel. When the control panel is open check the top left corner to see if it is in Classic or Category view, if it says Category, click the switch to classic mode link. If you don't see this in the top left look at the top right and look for Category or Large Icon View, if Category is selected select Large Icon by clicking on Category and then clicking Large Icon View in the list that appears.

Once in the proper view, click on Display and depending which version of windows you have select Settings on the top of the properties window(XP or older) or Adjust Resolution from the left column(Vista/7), now find the slider bar for resolution and slide it to 1280x1024. This will set the number of pixels on the screen.

The default and best resolution for this monitor is 1280x1024, if that makes the fonts/icons too small try 1024x768 next and 800x600 last. If the resolution is set too low to see the Ok and Apply buttons simply set the slider bar then press the enter button the first time, then you will be able to see the Ok and Apply if you need to continue adjusting.

Hope this helps FixYa,

Chris

How to enlarge a picture that is scanned or copied? When i scan or copy a picture it is too small and I want to enlarge it in order to view it better.

hi

Open an image. Go to the Image Menu and select Image Size. This is where you can change an image’s resolution and print size (width and height). The following Image Size dialog box will appear:
image_size_cs.gif
Notethat the width and the height of the image as you view it on yourmonitor is not necessarily representative of the image’s actual widthand height—i.e., the size it would print out at (print size).Average monitor resolution is 72 dpi. If you view a 72 dpi image at100% in Photoshop, chances are that it will appear on your screen inits actual print size. However, this is not true when viewing a 300 dpiimage. A 300 dpi image viewed on-screen at 100% will be enormous. Don’tget tricked into believing that what you see on your monitor is whatyou’ll get when you print or place the image into another application. The best way to determine what your image’s actual print size will beis through the Image Size dialog box.
When the Resample Imagebox is checked, any changes you make to an image’s width or height willnot change the image’s resolution, and as such, any changes you make toan image’s resolution will not affect the image’s width and height.Keep in mind, however, when you increase width and height, orresolution, with the Resample Image box checked, you are adding pixelsto your image. These pixels don’t actually exist so Photoshop mustcreate them. As such, you will succeed only in degrading the quality ofyour image.
If you want to increase an image’swidth and height, or resolution, then uncheck the Resample Image box.Now any changes you make to the image’s width and height will changethe image’s resolution, and vice versa:
  • If you decrease resolution, the width and height will increase.
  • If you increase resolution, the width and height will decrease.
  • If you increase the width or height, the resolution will decrease.
  • If you decrease the width or height, the resolution will increase.
Thebest way to increase the width and height of a scanned image is to scanthe image in at a high resolution (about twice what your finalresolution should be), and with the Resample Image box unchecked, decrease the resolution. Once the image width and height is where you want it, you can then check the Resample Imagebox and type in the resolution you want if the resolution is too high.At this point, as long as you don’t increase resolution, or width andheight, your image quality will not suffer.

Need to set the color to 6500K

No, the manufacturer is the one to contact on what resolution is best for your project.
Most monitor are already set for best resolution for photos and movie view and also media editing so you should be OK
if your monitor is a recent model at 16500X780 or it says that is 1080p or 1080 i then you should have no issue with the color setting.
You can go to the control panel and set the display settings for hue, color , contrast and brightness if your Monitor has a graphical user interface for it. Check your user manual for color adjustment for your monitor and also the video card that is install in the PC.
The "control panel will have the display setting for "true, and High color resolution.

YESTERDAY ABOUT NOON THE COMPUTER HAD UNEXPECTED SHUT-DOWN.I WAS ABLE TO REBOOT;HOWEVER ALL SCREEN DISPLAYS,INCLUDING DESKTOP ICONS WERE ENLARGED.THIS CHANGED THE VIEW OF ALL SOFTWARE (E.G.MS MONEY AND...

It sounds as though your screen resolution has changed for some reason. It is unusual for this to happen on its own, but it is possible.

Your computer will allow different monitors to be used and there are settings that you can adjust for the best resolution depending on your monitor's requirements.

The reason your icons were all large is probably because your computer changed to a lower resolution.

Try the following
Click Start\Settings\Control Panel
Then Click Display
When the box opens click Settings
When the new window opens you will see an adjustment called "Screen resolution" and a slider marked 'more' at one end and 'less' at the other.
Most modern monitors are set to 1024 by 768 pixels or above. Try moving your slider to a higher setting then click Apply\Ok

You computer will take a second or so to change.
Best wishes...
