When i go to web page on my mobile and connect it it says packet data connection not available how do i get packet data connection

actually it is connecting to net over your mobile as settings are not there in your mobile it shows packet data not available ...

There are a few solutions available
you can
type SET GPRS and send to 211.

or

go to Settings - Connection - Packet data - Packet data connection should be always on (make sure this is selected to always on). Thereafter the GPRS sign (G) or (E) will be on your phone screen.
