When i connect my pen drive to pc. it detects when i try to open it says that ''please conect the device. when i go to properties it show 0 bites capacity. please advice me.

Your pendrive is affected virus and do the format both pen drives and first cheak with your usb port also once and when you are pushing the pen drive in the pc should be smoth dont press just push some times light is appear but data cabe is not connected to pc
