I have amd mother board 1.6 ghz.& i have a motherboard cd for that but it is capable with only win98 & xp i installed win 7 then that cd does not work with it.&while installation it says ''unknown windows''so i want mother board software for win7

Most probably your hardware ie graphic card do not support software requirements.

If you are using AutoCAD for 3D modeling, you should bump up your system as follows:
•Intel Pentium 4 processor or AMD Athlon, 3.0 GHz or greater or Intel or AMD Dual Core processor, 2.0 GHz or greater •2 GB RAM or greater •2 GB of additional free hard disk space •1,280 x 1,024 32-bit color video display adapter (true color) 128 MB or greater, OpenGL or Direct3D capable workstation class graphics card.
Asrock have not published a windows 7 driver for this motherboard.
They do have a 64bit version of an XP driver for it, it seems this is all that is available.
They simply do NOT make drivers for this generation of machine sorry... you may be able to install it by using Run As, Administrator mode and using XP SP2 "Compatibility Mode"
You should be able to download the drivers from the motherboard manufacturer's website, or at the least, from the site of the company that supplied the sound chipset to the board maker.
