Minimum Requirements
- 400 MHz or Faster Processor

- CD-ROM Drive
- Windows 2000 or XP
- Network Adapter
1)It is not Vista compatible according to the data sheet based from:
http://www.linksys.com/servlet/Satellite?c=L_Product_C2&childpagename=US%2FLayout&cid=1160093298732&pagename=Linksys%2FCommon%2FVisitorWrapper
2) I don't understand this question. If your asking can you be on the internet on your 98SE, and and another PC at the same time the answer is yes. That is what routers do, they let you have multiple devices online on your network, once you connect them of course.
3)It all depends on how far you are from your router when its connected, and coverage,etc..
What I would do, is go for a more updated router from Linksys all the 2007 models will have Vista compatible on them.
Good luck!
