Are they wavy lines throughout the picture or are they just wavy on the side? Waving picture is usually caused by poor power supply filtering. Wavy lines throughout the picture are caused by interference. Try moving the device away from the computer with an extension USB cable it may be picking up interference from the surrounding electronic devices. It could also be defective.
this a convergence problem and the convergence IC's will need replacing along with some testing of resistors and or replacement

it is due to power supply fileration is not proper.
