Back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.

In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.

My tv randomly freezes and and shuts off and them comes right back on and sometimes it squeals when doing that,i was told it was a power supply board,but replaced it and still the same,could the probe
Loud screechy sounds, random turn-off and especially random restart are usually associated with the main board, not the power supply and not the T-CON and not the inverters (when separate).
Of course exceptions are always possible, but the rule is still that the above symptoms point to a bad main board.
Samsung has lots of main boards that develop a symptom of power cycling at startup, freezing image with loud screeching sound and eventually totally dead (although totally dead is also exhibited by main boards from every single manufacturer I know, so no much help there).
Anyway, this is 99.99% chance bad main board, especially considering it is known to develop a problem.
