One of the few things that disappoint me about the iPad is that Apple's flagship tablet is still, to some extent, dependent on a nearby computer and an open window of iTunes or WinSCP. Bridge is a Cydia app which makes importing files to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch without a computer an easier affair. While there are many apps and tweaks that can get content on your phone, Bridge has a special feature which makes it worth the $1.99 asking price.
We've already covered a number of methods to download programs to an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch without using iTunes. Some of the free methods include OpenSSH (for secure wireless file transfers from a computer), iTransmission 2 (for torrents), and Safari Download Enabler (for downloading links and video files from the web). The problem is that while these apps and tweaks are more than capable of loading music on to your phone, they don't add the files to the Music app. This means you can't make playlists with the songs you've just loaded onto your phone.
That's where Bridge comes in. With Bridge, you can locate the files you've downloaded to your device and properly import them into your library. You can use this to load Songs, Ringtones, and Podcasts for audio files, set album artwork from your photo roll, and also import movies.
Applying album art to an imported song in Bridge
The only downside is the music won't be transferred back to your computer by syncing through iTunes. That's not a limitation of the app, but a limitation in iTunes. It wasn't built to transfer user-loaded music to your computer from an iPod. If you ever need to import music to your computer, you can use SSH to copy the music over. The files should be stored in 'var/mobile/media/music'.
Bridge can be found in the BigBoss repository on Cydia. Share your thoughts in the comments section below.

Music you download from the iTunes Music Store album art,
and an iPod Touch, this work of art as the music plays. Numbers that you have
your iTunes library from CDs or files on your computer does not contain
pictures, but you can find the right images using iTunes and synchronize the
work with the iPod Touch.
to adapt each with a selected song from the iTunes Music Store and download the
correct album art.

While the album artwork is an essential part of non-digital
albums, is also useful for digital versions of music. This is especially true
of songs from the iPod Touch from photos, also known as album art; add to the
visual appeal of the songs played on the iPod Touch. If you noticed that your
songs are missing images playing on the iPod Touch, you can solve this problem by
obtaining the art in iTunes.

1. Connect your iPod Touch to your computer using the USB
cable for iPod.

2. Click "Start" then "All Programs" and
"iTunes." Click the "Music" option under
"Library."

3. Click "Edit" then "Select All" on
iTunes. Right-click and choose "Get Album Artwork." Then click
"Get Album Artwork" when asked if you want to get the album cover.
several minutes depending on the number of albums that defect art.

5. Write the songs from iTunes to your iPod Touch. If your
iPod Touch is automatically set to sync with iTunes, iTunes automatically
copies the music.

6. Disconnect the iPod Touch after iTunes has copied the
songs. Press the "Music" on your iPod Touch and play a song to iTunes
to see the pictures added.
Zone Alarm and itunes do not play well together. ZA running will corrupt some pictures, apparently some music and does not allow the update of an ipod (touch) to occur. I have had to turn off ZA for any of the above to get either a clean install or adding (or removing) photos.
Click on "Advanced" which is found at the top of the screen. Select "Get Album Artwork" from the drop down menu. It will ask you "Are you sure you want to get album artwork?" Hit "Get Album Artwork". Before you do that, you can select "Don't ask me again" if you don't want this to pop up in the future.
Wait until it is done searching for the artwork. A window will pop up saying that it either found all artwork or they didn't. If they did, then great, your done, plug in your iPod and start jamming. But if they didn't, you can still jam away, but check the song title, album name, artist, and genre to see if you got it typed in correctly. Type in what they are supposed to be and try again.
If they still can't find it, then you can add them manually. Look at the link below to find out how to do it manually.
OR
If Itunes wont find the art work:
Find the artwork for the album on the internet. Try using Wikipedia. Click on the artwork to get a larger image. If you can't find it there, I'm sure you can find it using Google images. Anyway, once you find it drag it to your desktop. Make sure it is on there before you continue.
Next, you need to highlight the songs that are in the album you are getting artwork for. To highlight multiple songs, click on the first song and then while holding the shift key click on the last song. To highlight multiple songs that aren't grouped together, click on all the songs while holding the command key on a Mac and ctrl key on a PC.
Now go to "File" then "Get Info". A window will pop up asking you if you want to edit multiple items. Click "Yes". Another window will pop up labeled "Multiple Item Information". You will notice a box on the right hand side of the window that says "Artwork". Click and drag the artwork that is on your desktop into that box. It should appear there. When it does, select "Ok".
When it is done processing, plug your iPod into the computer, sync it, and take your iPod out to start listening to your improved music.
