I had a Thoshiba Tecra A3 Laptop nwhich is not loading OS

I had a Thoshiba Tecra A3 Laptop which is not loading OS now.
While swich on a long beep is hearing from it while showing 1st screen of Toshiba.F2,F12 cant work .

No keys other than switchoff key working.
Kindly give me a reply

When you hear about the long beep it is a RAM problem which is not totally inserted. You need to check the RAM remove and reinsert it again and try to power on.

Hi,
The problem seems to be in the BIOS please upgrade it by calling any tech because it is a very risky process if something goes wrong then laptop can be dead.
