Philips DECT VOIP-321 cordless VOIP telephone seems to be incompatible with Windows 7 64Bit. The usb-audio device is installed automatically by Windows 7 and gives a Code 10 message in the hardware manager (yellow warning sign). It's useless to try other versions of the VOIP-software from Philips. What would be needed is a .inf usb-audio device driver that solves the problem but Philips doesn't seem to be interested to offer one. Is there another possibility or do I really have to buy a VIA VT6212L chipset PCE card to make a telephone work that claims on the Philips homepage to be fully compatible?

pl go to computer oip icon will be displayed right click presson autoplay it will say interference by other device press ok you are in business all the best ramram

I wonder if you have a USB port on your computer? If yes, pls plug the VOIP321 into that port. Does it work?
What is the Belkin hub called networked?

Helmutnz's problem was solved by installing the driver for the VOIP321 phone (Driver made for New Zealand models only).

Incompatibility with ACER computers?
Hi, I have the same phone, I also have an ACER laptop and running vista home premium.

I needed to download the vista software package from telephonesonline (it costs for the download) but no problems after that it works great.

The only thing with this particular phone is that if you have a monthly account (skype pro) and you use your package as your regular phone you need to add every phone number you call to your contact list.

I haven't found a soloution to dial out from the phone using skype with out it being in the contacts list.

Contact unavailable
I had this problem.  I found that if I plugged it into my computer directly it worked.  It seems that my USB hub, which worked for everything else, was causing the unavailable error.
