How to change the lcd of a siemens s65? - Siemens S65

first of all make sure to check all connections and wires the go to the speaker icon bottom left of the screen right click and change the playback device to the speakers :)

I have the same car (2007 S65) and can't find the 2nd Battery. My trunk has a small spare tire and both sides of rear panels accessable from the trunk have electronic modules, but not battery.

You need to check out caps in the power supply section first, then check the backlight inverter circuits for bad fuse, transistors. It can also be bad lamps. See example of failed monitors due to bad caps: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums

if it shows logo only then u have to reformat your phone and if it doesnt show anything except white screen then try to call on that set if the ringer rings and the call is listen then its mean the lcd is gone ..you have to change it..
