This is not a solution, rather I am asking for help as u had a similar problem.
I have a Siemens A65 mobile phone.
I travelled abroad and put a local sim card in it and now the phone is disabled and asking
for a subset code.
Can u plz send me the code and instructions u may have.

Hi you should buy a New Universal Cell Phone Turbo Sim Card Unlock GSM Card from ebay, it only cost $1.00 and can be use to unlock any cell phone its interesting i think you should try it.

You'll have to call the service provider of the phone inorder to get unlock code. Usually can get it right away but they will ask questions as to how you got the phone etc. Usually it is free to get.
