I am disabled and my old phone broke so I wanted to see if I could use a old Siemens phone that I had (T-Mobile)because I have AT&T service. But it want take my card. Someone said I needed a unlock code. were can I get that. Do you know it?

taking it that you need the PUK code to unlock the phone so that you can get the pin number to work
If that is the case PUK numbers are only available from your service provider
call them on another phone , provide proof that you own the account and they will give it to you
other than that , you may have to do a hard reset of the phone and get a new sim card and start fresh
