Water leakage problem commercial dishwasher cl44e, pipe from pump leaks, seems like is tight fitted, see no slip or treaded nuts joint, pipe seems to rotate all the way around but won't tighen?

put a hose clamp on it and tighten it up
if that fixes the problem order a new pipe as the existing pipe is probably too old to seal off

How do I install a boiler flue

If you are installing a new boiler, there will be detailed instructions within the installation booklet shipped with the boiler. Being high efficiency, it sounds like it will be vented with pvc pipe. If so, it could be either a one pipe or a two pipe system. Make sure you follow specifically the instructions concerning the slope of the flu as there will be some moisture condense inside the pipe. Most manufacturers recommend a minimum fall in the horizontal runs BACK to the furnace, some do not.

There should never be a 'sag' in the horizontal runs caused by supports spread too far apart. The two pipe system draws combustion air from outside the home and minimizes any chance of negative pressure in the case of an extremely tight home. That negative pressure is usually never an issue for a normal home, because of leakages around doors and windows and the normal opening and closing of the doors on a routine day.

Again, follow the instructions provided with the boiler and there will be no problem.

Clutch pedal goes to floor

Hi Stephen, I think the problem is a leakage from either the clutch master or slave cylinder. Open the hood and check the fluid level in the clutch reservoir. If it's empty my suspicion is confirmed. Look for signs of leakage first from the master cylinder, then the pipes and finally the slave cylinder. It's a good idea to replace both cylinders at the same time. To do so requires the following work. Inside the cabin the push rod connecting the pedal to the piston must be disconnected and then under the hood (bonnet) the fluid pipe disconnected followed by removal of the securing bolts. The same operation applies to the slave cylinder. When assembling always connect the pipes before securing the cylinders.Hand tighten the pipe connections, leaving just one final turn for the wrench (spanner). The pipe connectors are easily damaged by cross threading the connectors which results in leakage. Once the clutch operating system has been installed, fill the reservoir and have someone kind keep it full with dot 4 brake fluid. Open the slave cylinder bleed nipple and allow the fluid to flow into a container until the it flows without air bubbles and then close the nipple. Happy driving Regards John

Washer jets not working

Step 1:

Hi Nicola

First thing to check will be making sure you hear the washer bottle motor working, when you operate the washer jets inside your car.If you can hear it, then you know that works, if it does not work, then you need to check the fuse has not blown, if it has replace the fuse with the same color fuse. Then check to see if it works. If it does not work then you need a new pump.

Step 2:

Pull of the main pipe to your jets, Then operate your washers again, There should be water coming out of the pipe.

Step 3:

If no water comes out, Pull the pipe of the washer pump on the washer bottle & operate your washers, if no water comes out, then you will need to take out the motor & check it is not blocked.

Step 4:

If the water does come out, then you need to check that pipe witch runs down to the washer motor for any kinks in the pipe, or just disconnect the pipe, try blowing through it, U should be able to blow through it easily, If not there will be a kink in the pipe, or the pipe will be blocked, so then the pipe needs to be kink free, unblocked, or a new piece of pipe installed.

Step 5:

If step 2 works, Then your jets are blocked.

Step 6:

To unblock them, Get a needle & push the needle through the whole in the jet to unblock it.

Step 7:

Do the same for all the jets, Put the pipes back on, Then operate the washers. They will work.

Step 8:

If you have any problems let me know. :)

Has a funny smell when its on vie cleaned it and

Hello,

The problem is that you have a leaking compressor or a leaking pipe on the device, because the odour is the odour of freon inside the compressor, which indicate you have a leaking compressor or pipe somewhere around the unit.

You will need to trace the copper pipe to see if there is any leakage on the pipe, if none, then the compressor is the problem, you will need to replace the compressor on the unit.

Take care.

Ac leaks on driver side floor

A/C condensate removal pipe is probably misplaced or cracked. Looked below the dashboard, see if you can find this pipe attached to the evaporator. Check for any leakage or other faults. It is vented out so that water drops on the road, sometimes it may be pulled inside.

Looking for a heater core pipe (front)

If your carpet is getting wet under the dash and around , then you probably need a new heater core. If it is a simple leak that requires you to replace the hose ot clamp, then the heater core is leaking from the outside into the engine compartment instead of the inside of the car.
