Apple iPod shuffle MP3 Player

The first thing for you to do is to disconnect the iPod shuffle from the computer (if it's connected). Move the switch on the back of iPod shuffle to the off position. The Green stripe should not be visible in the off position. Wait 5 seconds, then finally move the switch on the back to the "play in order" or to the "shuffle" position. The green stripe should be visible in either position. The iPod shuffle should now be reset. If after resetting the iPod shuffle; if you are going to attach it to the computer, be sure to place the switch back to the off position.

If this solution doess not work; plug your ipod into the computer and click on the ipod in the itunes library. You should be in the contents tab by default. Next, click on the settings tab and click on the restore button. Confirm by clicking on the restore button once again and a box should appear confirming that the iPod has been restored. If another box with bug fixes appear; click on next button to install the new updates. New updates should fix any bug you had on your iPod.

When i turn on my ipod, it turns green.
it will ssay that it has full battery, but whenever i click play it flashes from green to orange to green to orange to green and wont play.

When i open my ipod, it only turns green.
