Press pause and then at the end of the menu press delete

How can i add vidoes to my RCA opla mp3

My player says boot error format something or anotherr.. how do I fix itt? sometimes when it comes on sometimes it only comes on sometimess.. when i try to put somgss on it it like puts one on there then erases some..idk whatss wrongg.

Go to the Control Panel
Choose the system icon
Select the Hardware Tab
Select Device Manager
Open the tab for Windows Portable Device; Make sure you see your player there!
Right click on the Device to update driver
Click on Install from a list or specific location
Click ' Don't search, I will choose the driver to install' and then select next
Click on USB Mass Storage device and then next
Now the MP3 Player should come up as a separate drive in My Computer and you will be able to reformat.

You reformat the player by using the windows format command on it. The format process will remove all content from the device's memory. Be sure to back up any files you want to keep. To reformat the memory, locate the drive letter that represents the device in Windows Explorer or My Computer window. Right click on the device and select the format command (full format) to reformat the internal memory of the device. Click start, then click OK when the warning appears. Locate the MTP device (Your MP3 player) in the Window Explorer or My Computer. Right click on the device and select Format. Click Ok to begin formatting the device.

Reinstall the firmware from

Ok when you plug it into the computer go to my computer then there should be a little icon that shows the opal and on the side it sais opal. double lick on that then double click on the file known as internal storage. once inside there delete what you would like just like any other normal computer program right click delete
