How duo I change the time on my Sterling & Noble wall clock? It does not have any dials on the back to turn?.

To change the time on a Sterling & Noble wall clock that does not have any dials on the back, you will need to follow these steps:
  1. Locate the small, round hole on the back of the clock. This is the reset button.
  2. Using a small object, such as a paperclip or a toothpick, press and hold the reset button for about 5 seconds. This will reset the clock and allow you to set the time.
  3. Release the reset button, and the minute hand will begin to move around the clock face. Use the reset button to advance the minute hand to the correct time.
  4. Once the minute hand is set to the correct time, the hour hand will begin to move around the clock face. Use the reset button to advance the hour hand to the correct time.
  5. Once the hour hand is set to the correct time, the clock will begin to run normally.
I hope this helps! If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Daylight Saving Time Changes for SmartSet Clock/Radios

Dear Emerson SmartSet® Clock/Clock Radio Owner:
Your Emerson SmartSet® Clock or Clock Radio includes Emerson’s patentedAuto Time Setting System that
automatically sets the clock to the correct year, month, date, day and time, the first time that you plug it in, and
after every power interruption. It also includes a built-in long life lithium battery that can maintain the time and
alarm settings for up to 5 years, or even longer.
As an added benefit we have programmed the internal SmartSet® computer to automatically adjust for Standard/
Daylight Saving Time changes through the year 2097. TheDaylight Saving Time information programmed into
all SmartSet® models was based on the United States Uniform TimeAct of 1966, which formalized theDaylight
Saving Time period that we observe today. CurrentlyDaylight Saving Time begins on the first Sunday in April
and ends on the last Sunday in October.
The new Energy Bill that was signed into law by President Bush in August 2005 includes a provision to
extend Daylight Saving Time. Beginning in 2007 Daylight Saving Time will begin on the second Sunday in
March and end on the first Sunday in November.
Of course this is a situation that is beyond the control of Emerson, or any other company that produces
devices with an automaticDaylight Saving Time adjustment feature. For example most computers, PDA’s, and
many other devices also have automatic DST adjustments. Manufacturers of these devices must now begin to
make adjustments to the automatic DST software to agree with the new DST timing for 2007.
Beginning in 2007 the current automatic DST default settings in this device would no longer be correct. It
would then be necessary for you to manually adjust the TIME ZONE setting 4 times each year as follows:
1.) On the second Sunday in March you would have to set your clock to the next lower number time zone.
For example if you lived in the Eastern Time zone (Zone 02) you would then change your clock to Zone
1 to move it ahead by one hour.
2.) On the first Sunday in April, this clock will automatically advance by one hour. You must then set the
clock back to your correct time zone. For example if you lived in the Eastern Time zone you would set
your clock back to Zone 02.
3.) On the last Sunday in October you would again set your clock to the next lower numbered time zone.
4.) On the first Sunday in November you would again set your clock back to your correct time zone.
Instructions for changing the Time Zone setting are found in the Owner’s Manual.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause due to circumstances that are beyond our control.

How do I set the time/date etc on my clock? Model 65904 Ecotech solar clock

I don't have specific information about the Model 65904 Ecotech solar clock, but here are general steps you can try to set the time and date on a typical clock:
1. Locate the Time Setting Button:
- Look for a button that is labeled "Time Set" or similar. This button is often located on the back or bottom of the clock.
2. Press and Hold the Time Setting Button:
- Press and hold the "Time Set" button until the numbers on the clock display start flashing or blinking. This indicates that you are now in the time-setting mode.
3. Adjust the Time:
- Once the numbers are blinking, use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the hours and minutes. Some clocks may have separate buttons for hours and minutes, while others may have a single button that cycles through hours and minutes.
4. Set the Date (if applicable):
- If your clock displays the date, you may need to follow a similar process to set the date. Look for a "Date Set" button and adjust the date using the same method as adjusting the time.
5. Confirm the Settings:
- After setting the time and date, press the "Time Set" or a similar button again to confirm your settings. The blinking numbers should stop, indicating that the clock has accepted the new time and date.
6. Check for Other Settings:
- Some clocks may have additional settings, such as a 12/24-hour format or a daylight saving time (DST) adjustment. If applicable, use the appropriate buttons to configure these settings.
If these general steps don't work for your specific clock model, I recommend trying to locate the user manual or contacting the manufacturer directly for assistance. Manufacturers often provide manuals on their websites, or they may be able to assist you with setting the time and date over the phone.

I need help setting the alarm on my radio controlled digital clock.

1- Turn over your Seth Thomas digital clock. Use your finger to remove the cover to the unit's battery compartment. Insert two AA-size alkaline batteries into the battery compartment and replace the cover. Certain Seth Thomas digital clock units will also have an optional alternate power source in the form of a standard AC power cable that plugs into a wall outlet in your home.

  • 2 Place your Seth Thomas solar-powered digital clock in front of a light source, such as on a window sill or beneath a lamp. The black strip on the top of the unit is the solar sensor, so as long as light is shining down on that strip, your clock will be powered on and ready to use. The sensor stores energy throughout the day so that it can work at night with no direct light contact on the sensor.

  • 3 Press the time zone button that indicates your current time zone. These buttons are located on the back of the unit. For example, if you are in the eastern time zone select the "EST" button. Turn the unit back over. It will now be displaying the correct time on its digital screen.

  • 4 Use the "Alarm" switch (if applicable) to enable and disable the clock's alarm. Press the "Alarm" button, followed by the "Hour" and "Minute" buttons, to set the appropriate alarm time based on your needs. Use the "Alarm HI LO" switch to set the volume for the alarm.

  • 5 Press the "Weather" button to tune your Seth Thomas digital clock to its built-in local weather radio station (if applicable). Certain Seth Thomas clocks have this radio weather functionality built in, while others don't. If yours does, the aforementioned "Weather" button will be located on the front of the unit.

How do you reset the clock on a 2007 Honda Accord?

Press and hold the SOUND button until you hear a beep. The displayed time begins to blink.
Press on the H (Preset 4) side of the bar until the numbers advance to the desired time.

Change the minutes by pressing the M (Preset 5) side of the bar until the numbers advance to the desired time.

When you are finished, press the SOUND button again to set the time.

You can quickly set the time to the nearest hour. Pressing and holding the SOUND button, then pressing the R (Preset 6) side of the bar sets the clock back to the previous hour.
If the displayed time is after the half hour, the clock sets the clock forward to the beginning of the next hour.
    For example:
    1:06 would RESET to 1:00.
    1:52 would RESET to 2:00.

    Hope this gets you there.

    Turning daylight saving time OFF

If DST is *already* set to "on" when you reset the time zone to Z-07 (Hawaii), my very recent experience is that the time *still gets adjusted back* by one hour.  Now that daylight savings time is over (at least according to the clock's pre-programmed and outdated schedule) I'm hoping that setting the time zone to Z-07 (Hawaii) will completely cancel the automatic time changes from now on.  Otherwise, I need to purchase another clock, and it won't be a Timex.
