the only way to unlock the device is to do a hard reset but it will erase all the info in the device :\

do you mean locked to a network /provider? or locked meaning security usercode locked?

On my treo 755p the speaker icon is missing. I can not take or make calls...no one can hear me.What can i do to fix it?

I have a sprint 700 palm treo would like to flash it to alltel my alltel 650 palm treo does not work any more

Have you installed any additional programs? If so, it may be those (the old software/hardware, who's at fault problem). If you have not installed any new programs, or you delete all of them and still have the same problem, Sprint should not give you a hard time replacing the phone.

My phone has some problems with occasional re-starting, but it happens when I run a 3rd party software, so I can't blame that one on Palm/Sprint.

Is the incorrect time on the computer you are syncing to then?

This happened to me after I installed an update and Sprint told me it could not be fixed. They replaced my 755 with a new one.
