SOURCE: Phone keeps turning on and off

Same problem, been trying to figure it out on this phone for 3 months. Today, I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol, but probably didn't do anything. I went through every option in the menu as fast as I could before it would turn off again, not sure that did it either. But what I think worked, was turning off the keyguard? It's staying on now - unless it was just a miracle from God! Thank you Lord, this was driving me crazy!!!!

SOURCE: Phone keeps turning on and off

If the LG800 does not receive a signal for a long time it will try to turn itself off and sometimes it hangs. The only way to get it on again is to remove the battery for 20 seconds and then put it back in. This assums that the phone did not go off because of a low battery

My phone just out of the blue just frooze now it just powers up and wont turn on

keep the battery out for 30 minutes, keep the charger UNPLUGGED from the phone. Then put the battery into the phone and charge it, (with the phone off), for the determined time in your cell phone's user manual. (Recommended 3-5 hours)

I was running updates with my phone connected to itunes on my computer, power went out during the middle of syncing. now it wont turn on. i hold both buttons and the apple icon appears for about 5 seconds...

Open up itunes first.

You need to restore iphone in DFU mode.

Restart computer and use a different USB cable if possible.

Hold power button 10 seconds, don't let go, now push in home button 6 seconds.
Now release only the power button.

Keep holding 'home' button until itunes sees it and allows you to restore.

click restore.

If this still does not work then do all of this on a different computer.

Freazing at loading screen... plz help

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard

There's no firmware upgrade - I believe you have to uninstall windows media player 11 to use this model of mp3 player, but it's too late for that now, b/c it has already become corrupted.
