Any 12V 80mm x 80mm x 15mm computer fan with the appropriate connector will probably do. Power rating should be around 0.4A (yours should be 0.35).

Acoustifan's 80mm are the quietest fans, but I'd suggest Enermax Marathon (almost noiseless, great air flow). If they don't come in 15mm thickness, then SilenX Fan IXtrema Pro.

I NEED A REPLACEMENT FAN MOTOR. ANY INFO ON SPECIFIC CONTACTS TO PURCHASE MOTOR/

In the model number... I'm not sure of the fx and ms, but the 80 and 25 is a standard 80mm case fan that is 25mm thick. I tried a standard .2amp case fan that I had on hand and the circuit board did not like that..it got hot. I got on ebay and looked at dozens of 12v 80mm fans until I found one that was 0.09amps. That was as close as I was able to find without much more looking. The fan works very well although not quite as much airflow as the new crane humidifier that I put next to it but it doesn't overheat and does the job for about 7 bucks.

I need a 2x2 brushless fan model # rdm5015s dc 12 volt. where do i find one please?

Perhaps try Google's Product Search?

It appears to be a fairly standard 50x50x15mm fan with a two pin type 2 connector. Try looking for a two pin 50mm fan with a thickness of less than or equal to 15mm.
A quick search I've done can be found here.

My fridge freezer is making a lot of noise after opening the freezer door. It sounds like a fan

You are right it is the freezer fan. In order to replace this fan the rear panel has to be removed. The fan is attached to the rear panel on the inside. The DC brushless motor over time wares out, causing the shaft to wobble, this wobbling causing the fan blade to hit the side of the housing.
