The Fantasy has a drain located in the toekick of the spa. You have to first remove the drain cap, attach a hose if you wish, spin the outer black ring counter clockwise to start the water flow, then pull the outer ring out away from the tub to increase the drain to full flow.
I understand that a screw driver is often needed to pull the outer ring out to achieve full flow. Therefore, I suggest another method. Take a garden hose and place it in front of the jet while the spa jets are on. This will force water flow thru the hose and prime the hose. Once you see water running from the other end of the hose, drop the hose in front of the spa jet into the footwell and as long as the loose end is lower than the end in the footwell, a siphon will drain the spa as fast as the spa drain will. Remember to turn off electric to the spa once you have established a siphon. You may have to bucket the last bit of water in the footwell. Goodluck.

I always find the best way to drain a spa or hot tub is use a submersible pump, and the drain in the hot tub as well. Every hot tub owner should have a submersible pump and a shop vac to clean and drain your hot tub properly. Hot Tub Spring Cleaning Tips

Eontact them direct. This is an unknown, undocumented fault but am guessing EE is Electrical Error.

Always keep an accurate thermometer in the water because your spa's thermostat may be in error. Use a high quality, shatterproof.

How to I increase the temperature to 101 on the drreammaker spa fantasy model?

This may be a little late as you may have already found the answer. But most "Fantasy" spas have "Balboa" control system. They are either a heat control knob, or Up/Down arrows on the spa side control system.
If you have the know & it is all the way turned to max position, and still not hot enough, then you may well have a faulty "Temperature Sensor". Get a replacement from your local DreamMaker dealership. Easy to replace.

Dreammaker x-400 clicking sound and pump surge

This might be a problem with the topside control. When the spa is clicking, try unplugging the topside control and see whether or not the problem stops. If the jet button is stuck on the topside, the pump will turn on-off-on-off-on-off until the topside is unplugged.

If unplugging the topside worked, replace it.

I have a fantasy dreammaker spa that plugs into a regular 120v outlet. At times the spa will run properly for weeks. Then it will constantly trip the switch on the spas plug. When I reset and test it works...

This is a GFCI and will trip at the least bit of water at the plug or at the wiring inside the spa controls. Just go through the system and make sure all is dry. Use a hair dryer in the outlet and on the controls and wiring. If you still have problems you may need to call an electrician.
