Out of range error Android TV box to Samsung spp4251

Your resolution needs to be reduced on the Android TV box. If you have a good quality computer monitor that has the same interface, use that to bring you Android TV box resolution down to 852 x 480 or less. Then save and restart with the older TV and it will work. That TV you have is an older plasma technology. 480p max. Here are the specs: https://www.cnet.com/products/samsung-sp-p4251-42-plasma-tv

I have sound on my samsung sp-p4251 EDtv but no video

Most likely the 22Uf 450v Capacitor has went out. It's on the Main Power Board. It's a decent sized cap, but not a huge one. Take to a repair shop if u want, or take the back off, plug in your hair-dryer & heat up that cap. Should have picture within 10-20 seconds of it getting hot. If it solves your problem, just find / buy that cap & solder it on. (Or have someone who can) Total parts approx-$20 (Including Soldering gun/iron)

The capacitor is about $3.

I have a samsung plasma tv model no#sp-p4251 it fall off my wall during the earthquake and shatterd but only the screen inside shattered not the outer screen i woud like to know if its worth replasing that...

same price or even more the inside screen is the most expensive part and when you add the labor it is vary expensive. You also do not know if the cicuit boards are cracked or not and may have other problems in the future.

Samsung 42' ed tv mod. sp-p4251 sound going out

Most likely there are some components in the sound processor or sound output board that have become thermo sensitive. The service rep would replace these boards as necessary.

If there is excessive heat there may be a fan that has failed. The service rep will know if this is the case when he opens the set. He would also have the temperature specs to be able to verify if the operating temperature is excessive or not. If there has been any overheating, chances are that there is heat damage.

All I get is snow.

Sounds like a tuner problem on the main board, you can take the back off and make sure that the tuners are plugged in good, alot of problems with tuners are the grounds get cold solder
