Our picture frame quit showing pictures and periodically the Kodak banner pops up but nothing else

I also have this problem the frame won't move beyond the Settings menu. I have reset it and that does not do anything. I have hardly used the frame but it is now out of guarantee so I don't want to have to pay to repair it either.

    Hi I had this same problem. I Downloaded the firmware and reloaded it. FIXED THE PROBLEM. Here is the link to the instructions on how to re-install the firmware. At the bottom of the page is a link to DOWNLOAD the firmware. Hope this helps ya'll... Peace!

Try to reset the frame. Poke the button in side the pinhole on the back of the frame using a paper clip.

Can i leave my digital frame playing all the time
There should be little problem with it being left on all the time, the frame should be able to run indefinitely with little defect. Make sure there is nothing like drapes or books etc around the frame so it can give off the heat that will naturally occur from being left on all the time.

When viewing pictures, gets stuck on an image - we are using frame with an SD card and .jpeg image, we start the picture show and the frame just stops on one image -- we have tried to remove the "bad"...

The slide show will not show all the pictures on my memory card.
There should be no limits. However, please install the latest firmware on your frame and get it from www.kodak.com/go/downloads . Also, try a smaller memory card size and check if it has something to do with the card.

My kodak ev1011 pic frame stopped working
You may try the online troubleshooting guide at www.kodak.com/go/itg and if it does not resolve the issue at the end of the guide you can fill out a form to send the frame for repair and also just an FYI the frame is warranty for one year and you must a copy of your receipt before sending the frame.
