Try this first! The control panel has a flat ribbon cable that plugs into the relay module. The ribbon is actually two ribbons pressed together. The plastic insulation has a defect, and the leads between the two ribbons cross. You can seperate them easily by lifting them apart. Place a piece of paper between them to act as an insulator. This should solve your problem. If that does not work, repalce the defective parts yourself. You can do it for about 30% of what a repair company would charge. it's either got to be 1. A fuse 2. Control panel 3. Relay panel. Good luck!!!

After broiling steaks, f10 appeared on screen and constant beeping since. 1-2 hrs now. turned off electricity and keeps beeping.

Press the Stop/Clear button. If that doesn't work, press it and hold for 3 seconds. If you get a fault code, something is broken. If it is associated with broiling, the first thing I would check is the broiler temperature sensor. Is there a buildup of grease on the ceiling of the oven?

My oven keeps beeping & it was flashing F5 but now nothing is on the screen & oven won"t turn off.

depending on the make of your oven, it could be a door latch failure, or a stuck touch pad button.
if the door latch it wont heat when you put the unit to bake.
if the touch pad button, then you wont be able to program the controls.

There is a code F-1 appears on the screen along with the beep sound

F1 means defective touch pad or ERC. Turn off the power to the range. Get to the ERC. If the pad and the ERC are incorporated, replace it. If not disconnect the touch pad ribbon from the ERC. Make sure there are not loose wires. Assemble the control panel back. Turn the power on. If F1 comes back - replace the ERC. If not -replace the touch pad. Good luck.

The F7 code appears with a beeping noise. How do I turn off the beep for good.... selecting clear/off only works for a few seconds

Hi,

Well, F7 error code occures due to
A = Function pad button stuck or
B = Bad clock Unstick button or
Replace Electronic Range Control (ERC)

Replace the ERC there are ten screws 3 on each side and 4 on the control leave the hex screws alone all you need is a phillip screwdriver.
REMEMBER TO SHUT OFF THE POWER FIRST lift and fold out the control panel remove the ribbon cable and remove the four screws that hold the control board . replace control panel in reverse order.

Thanks

F2 and F3 code appearing along with annoying beeping

i think f3 error code has something to do with the temp probe maybe it is the problem. the temp probe is located if you open the door directly in the back wall. it looks like a prong. should read 1100ohms the f2 error code though usually has something to do with the keypad i would check all the connections maybe they are loose.

Viking Electric oven beeping saying EOCGT v36 premiere poweringup

Sounds like leaving the door open has possibly cooked the controller. I would try a power cycle - power off at fuse for 5 minutes, then reapply power. If this doesn't clear it, you may need a new controller for it.
