My Nokio E52 'sees' the CK3000 Evol parrot, but will not connect.

I have a new Nokia E52 (Blue Tooth On, Visibility On) and a CK3000 Evol. When searching from the phone, it finds the parrot (551) but it will not connect, let alone I can put the entry code in. The parrot was/is working with my old Nokia phone. I made the CK3000 memory empty. That does not help. The CK3000 has no menu except for language and volume.
What is going wrong?

Switched on the E52 the blue tooth option External SIM Modus to On and kept on trying. And then finally the phone asked for accepting the arrot connection. Entered 1234 and it worked.

I cannot get the galaxy ace to automaticaly connect to my car hands frre kit ( Parrot )

The parrot car kit varies, there are about 10 different types of the parrot car kit and the connections varies slightly. Just follow these steps to connect ur galaxy phone to the car kit.

For this model of the parrot car kit, after the installation on your car, ensure the car is on

Parrot CK3000:

1. Start the car and ensure the car kit is on.
2. Activate Bluetooth on your phone, and search for Bluetooth devices.
3. Select "Parrot CK" from the list.
4. Enter 1234 on your phone when prompted for a password or code.
5. The Parrot CK3000 will sound a beep when connected to your phone.

Your phone has now been paired with the Car Kit and is ready for use.

For other models of the parrot car kit, repeat step 1 & 2 above and for step 3, u select the model name like "parrot EVOL" for the CK3000 Evolution model.

Parrot CK3000 evolution wont conect to my nokia n96. just says unable to connect.

try clearing the memory by holding down red and green buttons, if this still dont work then you may need to do a software update on your parrot, you will need a special cable for this or contact your nearest parrot accredited installer, try parrot.com.

Pairing nokia n96 with parrot ck3000

Try sending an MP3 to the Parrot kit. I couldn't even get the Parrot BT in my car to ask for the BT password numbers but found out to try sending an MP3, which will fail by the way, and it asked for the password finally.

There was an error in my case, but then the phone asked to connect to the Parrot again and the pairing worked.

There is an issue with newer Nokia phones, something I will be thinking about next phone upgrade.
