    I do not have an operation manual.
    I have the machine with all the measuring devices.
    I need to know what, how to mix and turn it on.

what you had asked was how to use the machine manual. You didnt say you didnt have one.

It looks like Hitachi doesn't provide manuals on their website. I couldn't find anything for the B102, but I did find the manual for the B101... Perhaps it is similar to your model?

The sealed bearing on the bottom of the bread pan is leaking and is defective. You should call Sunbeam and ask for a replacement. Good Luck Hank.

Rotating Shaft of Hitachi HB 101 frozen and won't move blade.
It can't be repaired. If machine is under warranty try to get a new bread pan. If not, try calling manufacturer to see if you can buy a new one.
