You can't download from computer any ringtones to this mobile as it is a very basic model which doesn't have such provisions...

You can search and get a lot of ringtones but to save them on phone you should type #09# kind of keys a lot of time which is again a head ache

The best way is search and find your friends who have this same model phone and ask them to send that ringtone from their mobile as a SMS...

How to send mono ringtone to nokia1100
To send monotone ringtone the phone shud have composer.
To my knowledge 2310 have composer.
Menu>Extras>Composer...
Select the required tone...
From options select send...

Note: only composed tones can be sent...

How to set ringtones
Go to User profiles, select general, then customize, next chose which ever sim you use. Scroll down to an empty slot. From there you should be able to chose music for your ringtone.

Dont know how to change ringtone on my sci phone
1. At the main menu, select “Settings”
2. Now select “User profiles”
3. In the next menu, select “General”
4. Now “Customize”
5. Select “Tone setup”
6. Choose which SIM (on dual SIM card phones) you want to assign a ringtone to.
7. You will now see a list of available ringtone.
8. Select it.
You should see at the very bottom of this list 5 empty locations this is where you can add your own mp3's as ringtones.

Can't put ringtone on a specific callers number
lol i work at AT&T and after about 10 minutes of messing with it i finally figured it out...first you have to go to menu, settings, phone model and switch to advanced mode, then you have to make sure the contact u want to set up as a ringtone is saved to your phone and not the SIM card. go to that number options, edit, go down to default and push right on it and select the ringtone.
