I can't get Valhalla Knights 2 to load on my psp

can you confirm that other games will load if yes could be the game umd look in the light see if the cd part of the umd has any marks dust fingerprints ect if your other games wont load either it could be the laser inside the psp if that is the case email me and ill point you in the right direction but if the psp still has warenty take it back to ware you bought it [email protected]

its because all cool games with great graphics are almost released this year so they a restriction (hands down for sony)this year after a disscussion sony came up with a idea to shock the whole portable gaming world that the new games(cool graphic games)would want a firmware update (no less than 5.00)to run so they made all the games patched them to run only if the gamer has a firmware more than 5.50 so what you should do is simple just upgrade to 6.00 or if you are using custom firmware then upgrade to 5.50 gen d2 (after these process be sure to reboot and go to recovery mode and do recovery) 5.50 gen d2 is a big concept when you click some firmware which is lower than 5.50 it will say you have a upper firmware which is 9.90 (which means it has the power of fw 9.90 even though 9.90 is not released) and if this doesnot work take your umd out and refresh psp and put it back in if your using custom firmware press select and change driver m33 driver if it does not work then change it into sony n9660 (although you need a umd for that to work and the umd should be inside the psp when playing the game

Your UMD drive needs to be replaced... This part can be purchased from places like risingsonltd.com and psp-hacks.com

The game that you got from the promo when you bought your psp has expired. They gave you a certain amount of time to play the game before they make it expire. i bought my son a new psp at the end of january(2008) and he has used it since and yesterday when you put a game in it wont load(the disc wont turn) the psp comes on but the umd is not recognized on the game. i bought this at best buy how can i fix it? thank you j.j.

the reason the umd wont load is because someone shut the psp off when the game was loading. so whoever did that just messed up your psp. i know cause someone did it to mine now i have to get it fixed or buy a new one. and to get the psp fixed its not guna be cheap.
