I'm not positive from your description, but it sounds like you have a
product form Salton, Inc, who currently owns a number of brands
including Faberware (various food appliances), George Foreman (grills),
Juiceman, etc.
If this is correct, contact the manufacturer (Salton, Inc.) customer service
site
for parts or manual. If they don't have them, they should know where to
send you (though if they don't, I'd seriously wonder about the
company). Most manuals these days are multi-lingual, and so I would
expect them to be able to either provide you with instructions in
French, or refer you to a source.
