the siphon cap in the fab con section of the draw is blocked the water is drained away by using a siphon remove the draw from the machine you should see a up-stand with a removable cap on it take it of and clean all the gunge out
This means that the drum support has collapsed due to corrosion.
It entails a complete strip down of washer, and replacing the drum shaft,and possibly new drum bearings and shaft seal also.
It is quite an involved repair, and not to be undertaken lightly.
If the washer is more than 5 years old, it would be more eonomical to replace it with a new washer.

This will either be a blocked pressure vessel, or the brushes on the Motor. I am not sure where the pressure vessl is on this model But you will find it buy taking the top of and finding a round or oval shaped component with a plastic tube running from it. carefully pull this tube of and blow down it. it should be clear. unplug machine first.
