How to sharpen blade of 1980's Braun Minipimer 4-972 immersion blender? Now it's like chopping with a hammer. Have Dremel with Aluminum oxide stone ready to go.
One blade goes up and one goes down, so I wondered if the vortex created by the blade and motion makes it important to sharpen a specific edge a certain and distinct way?? for example on the blade angled up towards the motor only the uppermost edge and the lowermost edge on downward curved blade? Or the opposite.... or both like a spear as opposed to one edge like a scissor...??
Thank you very much and Happy Memorial Day Holiday for all celebrating!!
With warmest regards,
