The dishwasher tablets are getting stuck in the dispenser. Would it make any difference if I threw it in the bottom of the dishwasher before I hit start?

hey,
I experienced the same problem and I realized it happens when you block the water from the dispenser with a dish. Make sure that it is never blocked and the dishwasher is going to work fine

Dishwasher pellet does not fall to the bottom of my bosch dishwasher. Gets stuck in pull out handle

I do not know this specific machine, but I have to say that if the pellet hits something regularly instead of falling freely into the machine, then the design of the machine may simply not be good for pellets. Use powder. That also allows you to use more or less when required.

Dishes not coming clean

Five common causes:-

1. The dishwasher hasn't got any salt in, or the salt dispenser control is set too low. Even if your tablets/powder have a salt function, it's often not enough in hard water areas and supplementary salt must be added to the salt dispenser.

2. There is no rinse aid in the machine or the dispenser control is set too low. Supplementary rinse aid may be needed even with tablets/powder which claim to include it.

3. The dishwasher is not reaching the correct operating temperature. This can be due to a faulty machine, or by using low temperature washes inappropriately. Low temperature washes are only suited to very lightly soiled loads which have not baked/dried on. There ARE special low temperature tablets/powders, but they're designed only for specialised domestic machines with low temperature overnight wash cycles or for commercial dishwashers.

4. The filters/debris traps at the bottom of the machine are not clean.

5. You're using the "wrong" brand tablets/powder. In this instance "wrong" simply means that your machine just doesn't get on with the brand you're currently using. price has little to do with it; I find with my current machine that the market leading expensive brand works poorly but the ultra-cheap supermarket basic value brand works perfectly. Also it can be down to using a genuinely wrong tablet/powder choice as per suggestion #3.

The some dispenser and the rinse aid dispenser seem to be "stuck", soap door doesnt open and dishes appear streaky from no rinse aid. this happened after I cleaned the deposits from under the screen in the...

There is a solenoid which pops open the soap lid after the initial rinse.

If the solenoid or soap lid latch is faulty, you will need to replace it. In the interim just poar your soap in the bottom of the dishwasher tray before cycle starts.

Only use a little amount as per normal. Dishwashing tablets are best as it is a measured amount and has the rinse aid built in.

Good luck.

Soap doesn't dispense

Make sure you do not have a cookie sheet or something tall on the bottom rack that is stopping the soap dispenser from opening. This happened to me and I returned 2 brand new dishwahers back to the store thinking they were faulty until I made this discovery.
