The easy way to fix it would be to call yourself, leave a short message, hang up, call your voicemail, listen to the last message, delete it then instead of hanging up, press * to disconnect.

Talk to your telephone service provider. There will be a fee.

(Uniden landline phones can make or receive calls; some models have a answering system. Most current models can even check if you have messages on the telephone provider's voice mail. (Sometimes, they'll give spurious voice mail information.) However, they don't have any built-in way of seeing any data (another call) from the telephone provider when the phone is in use.)
The voice mail and message service for your landline phone is provided by your landline service provider. If you did not receive a printed booklet directions for your landline phone service, I suggest you call your landline telephone service provider Customer Service number (Telkom) and ask for one.
From the Telkom web site, this looks like the number to call:
10210
Delete voice mail by going through the keypad on your cell phone. The actual procedure depends on the kind of cell phone that you own. For example, on the Nokia 1100, hold down the "1" key while you are on standby. Tracfone connects you to your voicemail, where you can follow spoken menu instructions to listen to your voicemail. After you hear the voice message, you're asked if you want to delete your recordings.
This is not recommended, because connecting in this way uses up your minutes even if you just want to listen to them.
Use your landline phone to delete messages if you want to avoid using your Tracfone minutes. Turn off your cell phone so it doesn't ring and then call your cell phone number from a landline.
Press the "*" (star) key as soon as you hear your voice mail greeting. Then enter your password number and press the "#" (pound) key.
Listen to the instructions for accessing your voice mail, which can vary slightly depending on the phone you have. You are told the number of new and old messages you have, how to listen to them and how to store or delete them. Press the number for listening to the message to hear it, and then the number for deleting.
call ur voicemail from cell phone by pressing 1 when prompted enter ur passcode and if u r tryin 2 call it from landline you call ur number and wait until u hear ur voice and press * on ur landline it should then ask u for your passcode u then would enter 0657
To call your Voice Mail from a landline phone: 1. Call your TracFone from a landline phone. 2. When your voicemail begins, press the star key on your landline phone immediately. 3. Enter the PIN you use to check your Voice Mail from your TracFone. When you have finished entering your PIN, press the pound key. 4. Listen to the instructions. They will tell you how many voicemail messages you have and give you options for checking them, deleting them, saving them or storing them as new messages. Phones may vary, so listen carefully to the options.
if you havent created a pass code try 9999, if that doesnt work give tracfone a call. 1-800-867-7183
