It is likely to be an overheating issue, or a motor overload. There is some help in the link but it likely needs dealer service and the motors themselves may need lubricating or even replacing Correct diagnosis is the key to problems like this.
hi, I have repaired loads (100+) of Quingo and they are standard with most of the scooter parts except the gearbox,,,four bearings on the axle ,so well made ....
normally they fitted a Rhino 110amp controller so how i can help ?
a nice scooter except when the front assisted wheels bend , very dangerous as they take the pressure off the front wheel causing it to go straight so beware...when turning ...
There should be a bolt in the centre of the wheel. It might be hidden behind a small plastic cap. Remove this bolt and GENTLY tap it outwards with a soft faced hammer.
BE CAREFUL there is a small peg of metal called a 'key' that slots in a groove between the axle and wheel. DONT LOSE IT!! This 'key' is how the axle manages to grip and turn the wheel.
To refit the wheel, line up the wheel and axle. Put the 'key' into place on the axle and slide the wheel on. It will only go on with the key if its lined up correctly. A small smear of grease can help hold the key in place on the axle. Insert the bolt and turn until firm and tight. DO NOT over tighten this bolt.
