If it has dropped (lower in height) either broken or heavily worn leaf springs. If it sits lower while at rest with nothing in the back I'd hold off from driving and get a look underneath. If it is bouncing just replacing the shocks could easily solve.
I hope this may have helped,
Tom

The speedometer in my 1999 Ford Expedition keeps bouncing I was told it was bouncing around because I got a new battery and my altenator was not properly charging it. . .is that true?

I never heard this, but it may be a bad speedometer sensor(which is located on the transmission). If the alternator is not charging, try this. Turn on your truck and while it's running remove the ground battery cable, if it dies on you, then you need a new alternator, if not then your alternator is working like it's suppose to.

When I put the car in drive the back end bounces and their is a rubbing noise

Both of my big Ford trucks had to have the rear leaf spring mounts replaced. Look at your rear springs - if they are leaf style then check the rear mount points to see if they have broken loose. The springs end up moving way too much and it is not safe.

Can the headrest for a 2010 ford expedition be replaced with an aftermarket so not to have that angle?

I know five (5) people who purchased the 2009 or 2010 Expedition. All 100% of them have complaints of the headrest hurting their neck. I know folks that won't even drive their new 2010 Expedition because it hurts their necks, and the dealer won't take it back! If enough people tell ford about the problem, erhaps Ford will post a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) to tell dealers how to fix the problem. It is possible to build safe headrests that do not hurt necks during normal driving: just look at the competition. The headrest is not the right equipment to sacrifice comfort. Neck pain causes distraction and is a safety issue. Ford should be as concerned about liability from wrecks caused by headrest pian distractions as they are about the rear impact safety. Complain to Ford!

The rear end of my bravada just all of the sudden dropped. When I drive my bravada I bounce all over the place. Any suggestions?

shocks are bad, they dropped because an internal leak of the prifice tube allowed the fluid to seep past, that is why you bounce all over also, not a hard fix but just a pain in the rear

first of all if you have over 60,000 miles the car is asking you for a tuneup but take it to auto zone and they will put it on the tested for free so you know what you are dealing with.

Rear air only goes from cold to hot

sounds like the Blend Door Actuator.  Mine made a horrible noise but had not affected the temperture yet.  it was a $40 part from Ford and real easy to fix.
