When i use the switch on the wall the garage opens and close just fine. But when i try to use my remote, nothing happens. The little light at the back of the unit just blinks and nothing else happens. Just for information the sensors seem to work fine so i am pretty sure that is not the problem. Any help please?
It has probablly lost sync.
Follow the procedure to reload the codes. One usually has to hit a reset button on the head and then follow a sequence to sync your remote to the head.

Have you tried putting new batteries in the unit?
