Check the sensors in the doorway. They should both have a small light that is lit and not flickering. Tweak them a little. If you cannot get both lights to come on you have bad sensors.
Sounds like your receiver has quit working. To program the remotes do this: Press
and hold the button on the remote while you press and immediately
release the smart/learn button. Do this for each remote. If this doesn't
work your logic board is bad.
Try pressing and holding the lock button for 3 seconds to stop the light from blinking. Your wall control may be bad. Usually when that light is blinking it is the remotes that will not work.
Your door sensors are either bad or need simply to be aligned. They must be pointed at one another to work properly. Each of them has a small light that will be lit when they are pointed correctly.
I have no idea what a 132C2105-3B is but try this. Hold the button down on the remote and then press and immediately release the smart/learn button. If the remote is the correct one for your opener it should work.
