If reflashing with the old firmware does not work, then virgin has introduced Nagravision 3 in your area. And thats it for now.
Virgin is bringing nagravision 3 all over UK area by area, as yet there is no workaround, and looks like there will not be any for the older boxes.
The newer boxes with ethernet sockets MAY get a fix eventually.

There are no new codes/firmware, as we speak i am watching tv on my starview.
IF you have lost ALL channels then virgin has switched your area over to nagravision 3.
It may be worth trying to reflash your box with the last released firmware and rescanning your box.
You are about the 10th person today that has complained there box has stopped working, so it looks like times up for alot of people.
