If the problem is occuring only on one source, you may want to look into possible problems with your source device. If the problem occurs in multiple sources, it is most likely a hardware failure within the TV. This symptom can be related to the driver/controller board within the LCD panel assembly or the video processor in the main system board. On the Olevia's, you should see an Olevia logo on start-up. If the Olevia logo is also showing this negative effect, the problem is most likely related to the LCD panel assembly rather than the main system board. The manufacturer's support line is now owned by Amergence Technology Inc. They're not the manufacturer, but they can still troubleshoot the issue and let you know what your options are.
