Is there a special software that I am suposed to download? When i hooked it to the puter it shows EZCAM III in there but how do i start to use it? is it suposed to be on my desktop or in my downloads, programs or what? Should i start over and use a different software? Do you know of a free software that i can download? I do not work and i really need to use this cam! Thank you!
The software identified is for a different webcam - I suggest you uninstall that software and go to the philips support website and download new software.
Put webcam in "find your product" and If you look under the searchbar, on the next page it tells you how to find the number for your cam
