If you look at the signal flow diagram in your user manual, you will see that while AUX 1 and 2 can be selected are PRE or POST fader, AUX 3 is POST fader only... this means that the channel faders control the AUX3 level as well as the aux out level. Make sure you use TRS balanced lines to your speakers and not TS cables.
'Aux' is a general label for any Line Level analog stereo input like DVD, VCR, TV, DBS, etc. They are usually electrically identical and interchangeable except for PHONO.
V-Aux on this unit is on the front panel for conveniently connecting a video device. It has analog and assignable digital audio plus S-video and composite video.
OK - had the same problem and got it finally figured out. Power the unit on the ignition key. Press and hold the source button so the unit shuts off. With the unit shut off press and hold the function button (the key is to hold the function button down) The clock, aux etc will show on the screen. Press (but do not hold) the function button and it will move to each function. When you get to the AUX press the ^ button and the will switch the AUX to "on". Once you know, like everything else, it's pretty easy.
i guess you want tv sound coming out of you denon.you will need a red and white rca lead. one end into the back of the denon.either LD,AUX,OR VIDEO.then turn the selector on the denon to the input you plugged into.hope this makes sense
the only way i could figure out how to do it was to cycle through the modes with the "fuction" button on the remote control. The system stays in auxiliary modeeven when i turn it on and off. Hope that helps.
You can use an auxiliary input on your Denon. What type of connection is available on the sound card? Some models have toslink while most have the mini-jacks which will require an adapter (mini-jack to RCA) which you can connect to the AUX input on your Denon. On the computer, make sure the LINE-OUT of the sound card is activated.
