SOURCE: have a Dometic WMD 1050 front load washing machine

Try buttons "dry" & "spin" together for a few seconds. This is the child lock display.

Or press "end of cycle" for over 3 seconds.

Or press "options & select" till the light goes off.

Works for other machines..............And please rate me if helped

Our WMD 1050 Dometic front loader is pouring water back out of the filler compartment when it is washing is it overfull

Most likely the inlet tray has a filter in the top that is the roof of the compartment. This gets clogged with detergent and softner. Try cleaning it and make sure all the little holes are clear.

My door of mt Dometic WMD 1050 WONT OPEN ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

My guess is its not completed a cycle for some reason so its not unlocking the door. This is likely to be a main controller issue so you will likely need the services of an appliance engineer. Sorry.

So far top drawer takes too long .Been washing over 2hrs

Please check the flow of the water to the inlet pipe connection, check the filter at the inlet and also the inlet valve. If there is a slow water flow it will take much longer for the cycle to finish. Also try with other programs specially short/quick programs .
It will also be good to check the pump pressure and the sparying arms.

My wmd 1050 front loader won't continue with its cycle. It fills, does a few turns, empties and finishes., all in a few minutes. It doesn't seem to wash but will spin dry when manually put on a spin dry...

Are you sure the machine is not overfilling? next step after filling would be water heating - sounds like a water heating problem if machine spins and drains ok. Maybe a coin in the wash has punctured the element? water heater can be test for insulation / continuity if you have a high voltage tester, or remove it and examine if not by releasing the nut and pulling firmly. If it is scaled, holed or black replacement will be needed. Sometimes socks or clothing stuck on the heater cause localised overheating that will make it fail.

Program selected ie 40c and washing machine starts. Appears to stop after the wash cycle, machine does not have water in it. The time which had moved down to around 48mins returns to start time 125mins....

It seems there is not accepting cold water on wash . The solenoid for the wash is probably open circuit. Check the solenoids with a meter for continuity. I bet you will find one open circuit. Then you can go get a new one and replace it. Might also be the pressure sensor failure, but that is not consistent with a successful rinse cycle. Make and model would have helped ..... Cheers
