Our Polaris 965iq won't connect to the Bluetooth does the devise have to be in the water for set up?

Borrow a usb KB or mouse.

I think u should return it. Or go to your bluetooth settings and turn your bluetooth headset and then connect it with the bluetooth device

On your phone, make sure bluetooth is turned on (settings, general).

While your phone is in discovery mode, turn your bluetooth device on and put it in discovery mode (usually you have to hold the power button for 7-10 seconds).

Your phone will find the device, and you will be prompted to enter the devises PIN number (often 0-0-0-0). Your phone should pair with the device then.

Make sure that your phone is visible to others as if it is not it wont find the speaker. Go to setting on Bluetooth and should be make discoverable to others. Ensure your phone in in pairing mode again in the Bluetooth settings.

Go to the setting menu of your phone, select connectivity to choose bluetooth, Select Paired devices but make sure your ear piece device is power on, that is the bluetooth it on, search for it, then paired your phone with it. that is all.

If the wheels are spinning independently you have broken drive belts. The hose swivels are leaking also which could lower the pressure to the head.

to setup your bluetooth you will need to go to the phone settings, look for anything that deals with connectivity, once you find it you will see the bluetooth option, click ON then you will need to scroll down till you see search for devices. Turn on the bluetooth devise before searching for devices. The cell will automatically search, once it finds the devise it will ask or show all the devices in the area, look for your equipment, pair it and Voila!! Hope this was helpful
