My mp3 sony walkman players tells me format error my brother wanted to to change the songs on it and after formating every song i put on tells me format error plsss i need ur help any converting tool or manager plssssssss??????????????

Hello,

the reason its showing format error is because the songs you downloaded into it is not compatible with the player. For example, if the song you were suppose to download was to be in AAC format, and you put MP3 format, it will show format error because it does not recognize songs in Mp3 format but with AAC format.

Therefore, when you want to download songs into the Mp4 player, make sure the songs are in either WMA or MP3 Audio format. These audio formats are compatible with Mp4 player.

Also, if you want to download videos, make sure they are in MP4 format.

if you have the initial executing files that were on your mp3 when you bye,

Format your Mp3 on PC by FAT32 format and copy those on your Mp3 player folder

As this walkman only supports AAC, MP3, WMA.

if it happens with one single song it's because the file type is not formatted, you'll need to convert it (try mp3 :) if it happens with all of your songs first try checking their type if it's okay, try formatting your walkman and putting new songs

did u format ur mp3 if aso ask someone who has the same model and copy all the files in it.

try to fromat from the another pc your pc has been infacted by virous so try to anthoer pc to format yor mp3 palyr

your songs format can be changed i think! please verify what format the songs you are having! im mp3 format or other format

yaah i had solution for this
u shouldnt format as regular pendrive
u should format throu mp3 play er only
u r having an option home button,press dat button
go to menu option
in dat goto advanced menu
in dat go to initialize
u will have an option format use dat option n format ur player
then u will apper a message COMPLETE
THEN LOAD UR SONGS THROU SONY STAGE

if your sony shows format error it meabs it has a virus on it so turn it on go to menu then advanced menu scroll to initialise then scroll to format scroll to ok and select
