I have a new ROKR tmobile E8 and one day it died and whenever I charged it only an orange light lit up, and it won't turn on. I bought a new battery for it and now the same thing has happened. It just wont turn on. I have tried a few different chargers.
It seems that the problem is with the phone itself. There may be a loose wire from the charge port to the phone. That may be why it does not charge. Does it work while plugged in to the charger. Keep in mind that a phone needs to have a significant charge in it before it will even turn on...

To charge your mobile with usb cable you should install a driver called as mobile phone usb driver ,if you install it you can charge your mobile through PC.
If still it doesnt charges then install the PC CHARGING DRIVER.

Kevin you must try charging it with the wall-charger, if that doesn't works, try entering BL mode by pressing # and *, and then pull the trigger to turn it on.
It will tell you that battery is low, you can connect then the charger, pull the trigger again, it should start normally.
call your service company (i.e. sprint tmobile, altell.) they can provide you with a code or they might be able to get you a whole new phone... tmobile has done both for me….
