You send it back and ask them to replace it under warranty.
You take it in to a local repairer.
Or you just buy a new one and try not to break the screen by throwing things at it or knocking it over. It is sad as it is a $900 set. :>(

Sounds like its main system control memory IC fault. Contact any service technician to replace it. Before contacting any, do a reset to this set and check.
To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. This procedure will make it a hard reset. HI I have the same problem There are things you can do... For the tuning problem I suspect changing the "RF AGC" will fix that. You need to go into service mode. Turn off TV then hold Vol + and - on front panel and turn on. The TV will come up with extra service menu. Just keep pushing menu till you see "RF AGC" and dont change any values untill you write down what they are or take photo etc. Then just change the "RF AGC" value and see how you go with the tuning. ALL THE BUTTONS ABOVE ARE ON FRONT OF TV. NOT ON REMOTE....Hope this helps....

Initially, have you tried a full hard reset? If not, pls unplug from the mains. Most current devices would reset and revert back to factory default settings (assuming no internal hardware fault) when unplugged for a considerable period of time (fa couple of hours at least or preferably overnight).

Alternately, pls check if you have "Zoom" enabled.
