Can the SAKAR 27M be used w Canon REBEL EOS 700D?

I'd be careful using this on the 700D before checking the voltage of the flash gun is compatible with the camera. Older flash guns tend to have much higher voltage than is required by modern cameras.

Could the Sakar Dedicated Ittl Flash work For Nikon D60

Probable will not work on the Nikon's hot shoe because the contacts on the Sakar flash gun won't match the contacts on the Nikon's hot shoe.
You can use the Sakar flash gun as a slave flash by connecting a optical flash trigger to the Sakar flash gun and use the Nikon's flash to trigger the Sakar slave flash.

Can I use one nikon d5100 with one sakar mc zoom 80-200 No. 803489

If your lens has a Nikon mount then yes, you can use it on the D5100. You'll have to switch to the Manual exposure mode and you won't get any exposure help from the camera's light meter.

No Web Cam

I e-mailed the company and they gave me an answer. It works because the manual that comes with the camera doesn't tell you how to put the camera in Web Mode. This is a strait copy and paste of their answer:

Please note that you will have to set the camera to PC Camera mode before using the webcam function.

1. Press POWER/MENU.

2. Press FLASH/SET or showletter?box=inbox&msgid=3629_1629343_4317_1647_12263_0_114552_28869_2428414296&bodypart=2&yy=51794&y5beta=yes&y5beta=yes&order=down&sort=date&pos=0&view=a&head=b&idx=0

3. Press POWER/MENU to select the icon showletter?box=inbox&msgid=3629_1629343_4317_1647_12263_0_114552_28869_2428414296&bodypart=3&yy=51794&y5beta=yes&y5beta=yes&order=down&sort=date&pos=0&view=a&head=b&idx=0 shown on the LCD.

Kids camera 16380 - TA

Look at the little display on the back. Keep pressing the small silver mode button on the back until it has CA in the screen. Press the button you take photos with once, the CA will start flashing, press the button you take photos with again (within 5 seconds of the flashing starting).

If it has worked the number of photos available will have gone back to the maximum possible for the settings you have selected which will be 26, 52, 104 (04) or 208 (08).

Sakar flash

None of old/generic flashes will do. The XT camera is designed to recognize brand flashes and give a "Trought the Lens" light measurement in order to adjust flash output. It is possible to shot in manual mode if you are acquaint with this mode. Another issue is that generic flashes triggers in a higher voltage than the "designed for digital" what is potencially dangerous to the camera circuit.
